Freetime Bookkeeping Services Limited aims to deal with your bookkeeping requirements as efficiently as possible, with minimal hassle to you. Any size, type and structure of business are welcome to use our services. It may be the case that you are happy to deal with your VAT but require assistance with payroll matters. Whatever combination of services you need, we are pleased to assist.

Our services include the following:

• Monthly/Quarterly bookkeeping dealing with all relevant account reconciliations e.g. bank account. This ensures your management accounts are up-to-date and meaningful, enabling you to make timely decisions
• Management accounts to enable you to review business performance and make sense of the figures. This is available on a monthly or quarterly basis.
• Full payroll support on a weekly or monthly basis – or whatever pay intervals you require. This includes payslips, dealing with new employees/leavers, PAYE & NI payments, and year-end payroll procedures.
• Assistance with VAT and general VAT advice e.g. the type of VAT scheme most suitable for your business.
• Sub Contractor Industry Scheme
• Liaising with HMRC & the VAT office on your behalf

All we require you to do is bring your records to either of our offices on a monthly basis (or we can collect if you prefer). We are also able to deal with matters on-site if this is more practical.

We have carefully reviewed our charging structure and our hourly rate for all services is £21.50 (as at 01/09/2007). There are no hidden costs e.g. charges per payslip and we feel our fees are very competitive for the type and level of service offered.

Most clients prefer to set up a monthly standing order to assist with cash-flow, however this is optional. Alternatively we will bill on a quarterly basis, with payment due within 30 days.
